I didn't exactly get what you mean. for me it's same as always, 1 - 98% = 50/50 > during last 1-1,5 years i'm running only 100% missions, except 'the temple of dumb' and i have only around 1/15 fails with 90% chance. If your other missions did not fail often my theory may be wrong.
